How to Book A Tour Package

Step 1: COMPARE TOUR CATEGORIES

Compare the touring styles and choose a tour category that suits your travel needs.

Step 2: CHOOSE YOUR ITINERARY

Select your tour package, then click the “Enquire/Book Now” button. Once you send your details and requirements, one of our experts will contact you about the selected itinerary.

Step 3: TAILORING YOUR ITINERARY

Once we receive your booking enquiry, we will reply to you within 24 hours. During email communication, we’ll answer any questions you may have and discuss your travel preferences to tailor your itinerary to suit your needs and interests. We aim to ensure 100% satisfaction, and we will work closely with you until you are confident that your New Zealand itinerary is tailored to your specific needs.

Step 4: ITINERARY CONFIRMATION

Once all details meet your requirements, you will send us your confirmation.

Step 5: DEPOSIT PAYMENT

A deposit payment is required within 7 – 60 days of confirming your tour arrangements to secure the reservation. Note: Payment can be made in New Zealand dollars by bank draft, telegraphic transfer, or credit/debit card.

Step 6: FINAL PAYMENT

We offer flexible payment plans. A final payment will be required 45 days before the arrival date in New Zealand. Bookings made within 45 days will require full payment at the time of confirmation. Certain products may have different payment requirements, and these will be advised at the time of booking. Please discuss your payment plan options with our tour consultant.

Step 7: ITINERARY DOCUMENTS

You will receive your final documents via email 2-3 weeks before your departure. All travel documents will be issued as electronic documents (PDF files). These include your final itinerary and supplier vouchers for your hotels, transfers, activities, day tours, car rentals, and any other details for your vacation package. Your final itinerary also includes travel tips to help you prepare for your trip.
